By accessing or using our website (www.thepep.world) and/or social media accounts and participating in any of our workshops or events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About PEP
PEP offers educational workshops and events for Pilates instructors, studio owners and students, hosted in unique travel destinations. The content on this site is for general information only and is subject to change without notice.
2. Registrations
All ticket sales are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed to in writing.
You are responsible for reading the full event description before booking.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, travel delays, or force majeure events.
Tickets are transferable to another individual if you are unable to attend. You must notify PEP in writing at least 7 days prior to the event if you wish to transfer your ticket.
The transfer of tickets must be managed directly between attendees, and PEP accepts no responsibility for disputes arising from such transfers.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or scheduling conflicts.
Event Cancellation by Us: If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred (e.g. travel, accommodation).
We recommend obtaining travel insurance that covers event cancellation.
4. Travel and Accommodation
Unless otherwise stated, workshop fees do not include flights, accommodation, or meals.
You are responsible for arranging your own travel, accommodation, and insurance.
PEP is not liable for any travel disruptions, illness, or force majeure events affecting your ability to attend.

If changes are made, PEP will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders as soon as possible.
7. Health and Safety
You participate in all physical activities at your own risk.
You are responsible for ensuring you are physically capable of participating in the workshops.
PEP and its educators are not liable for any injuries sustained during workshops or related activities.
8. Code of Conduct
Respectful and professional behaviour is expected at all events.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
PEP is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the website or participation in any event.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking.

In such circumstances, PEP will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or adapt the event but is under no obligation to provide refunds.
